I wasn’t looking for a quick fix. I wasn’t chasing another health trend.
I was just… exhausted from doing everything right and still not feeling right.
I’m the girl with a veggie garden, free-range chickens, and a serious commitment to nourishing my body. I don’t count calories—I consider ingredients. I don’t punish my body—I move it with love and intention every day. Needless to say, i was doing everything "right". ... or so I thought.
But even with all that… something still felt off.
I have Hashimoto’s. And while I had things “under control” on paper, I could feel my body holding onto inflammation, fog, fatigue, and this subtle, frustrating stuck-ness I couldn’t shake.
So I started microdosing—not out of desperation, but out of curiosity.
Could it actually make a difference?
The brain fog lifted. My energy became steady. I felt clear. Present. Light.
Then came the physical shifts—15 pounds gone, 6% body fat dropped, inflammation markers finally moving in the right direction. Not because I worked harder, restricted more, or pushed myself to the edge. But because, for the first time, my body and brain were finally in sync.
Microdosing wasn’t a magic pill. It was a missing piece.
And once it clicked into place, the progress felt natural—not forced.
Today, I feel strong, balanced, and genuinely happy in my skin. I don’t wake up dragging. I don’t rely on willpower to “push through.” My body works with me now—and that changes everything.
And now I can’t not share this.
Because I know I’m not the only one who’s been doing all the right things and still felt… stuck. Bloated. Tired. Disconnected. Like maybe this is just “how it is” now.
If that’s where you are—listen to me when I say this:
